A Mindful Minis class is a fun 25-minute introduction to the basic skills of mindfulness for children. Classes will involve dancing, yoga, using their senses, breathing, learning about the brain and our emotions. Mindfulness-based tools help promote health, wellness and success, now and in the future! We welcome ages 3-5 to this online class. Space is limited.
This class will be held virtually via Zoom Video Conferencing. We ask that you register using an email address if you’re planning to attend as well as cancel your registration if you are no longer able to make it. Following registration for this class, your Zoom meeting link, as well as any materials needed (minimal if any), will be sent to your email address on the day before your class. For your security, the meeting will be locked 2-minutes after class start time (we ask that you arrive on time to be sure you're let in to the virtual classroom).
All programs are provided subject to parental supervision.
