Know Your Rights: Rental Housing During the Pandemic

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Join an online presentation and discussion about renter's rights in Massachusetts during the COVID public health crisis. A housing attorney from the Legal Services Center at Harvard Law School will discuss the different housing stability laws and orders issued by the government and the courts to help both landlords and tenants navigate through uncertain times.

Hear what landlords can and cannot do during the pandemic, what the outlook might be for renters when the eviction moratorium ends (currently October 17, 2020 if not extended) and what resources might be available to assist you in maintaining your housing or defending an eviction suit.
