Living Room Conversations: Self-Care

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Description

Self-care is important to maintaining a healthy relationship with yourself. It means doing things to take care of our minds, bodies, and souls by engaging in activities that promote well-being and reduce stress. Doing so enhances our ability to live fully, vibrantly, and effectively. The practice of self-care also reminds both you and others that your needs are valid and a priority.

In the living room conversations, participants will be able to take turns talking to share and learn.

Facilitated by library staff members, these conversations offer a simple, sociable, and structured way to practice communicating across differences while building understanding and relationships.

Registration is required. For questions, please email computerworkshops@bpl.org.  Zoom online meeting link will be emailed to registered participants two days before the event.
