Join us for this online class. Seniors’ Chair Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced while sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support. You will learn calming postures and breathing techniques to open energy channels, release tension, and alleviate pain. This type of yoga is great for you to improve physical comfort, cultivate balance, and move easily through daily activities. You will need an upright chair and your computer or phone for the session.
