Description

Join Hands to Heart Center and Jessi Rosinski for an online hour of gentle movement, soothing breathwork, and awareness meditation. Learn practices to ground and center yourself in daily life and cultivate an attitude of mindfulness. No prior experience with mindfulness required.

We ask people who are interested in attending please register with an email address so we may send the Zoom link that will be used to access this program.

Jessi Rosinski lives at the intersection of the arts, education, wellness, and conscious leadership. She believes in thriving and is most alive when moving her mind and body. An avid learner and teacher, Jessi is experienced at facilitating a broad range of learning experiences for humans of all ages and stages. Her practice in asana, pranayama, meditation, Ayurveda, and mindfulness includes trainings at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, Prison Yoga Project, and Mindful Schools, and she is a member in the inaugural class of the Inner MBA--a professional certification program led by Mindful NYU, LinkedIn, and Sounds True.
