Join us, Hands to Heart Center, and Debra Becky for an online hour of gentle movement and calming breathwork. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners, this gentle Kripalu yoga class emphasizes moving at your own pace and compassionate self-acceptance. It includes breathwork to calm the nervous system, relaxing meditation, and simple postures to increase flexibility and strength. Participants are invited to bring a pillow or blanket and a strap to support their practice.

Debra Becky completed her 200-hour teacher training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in 2016, after retiring from a 30-year career as a school psychologist. In addition to her work with Hands to Heart Center, she teaches both children and adults at Boston Children's Hospital and in semi-private community settings.
