Computer Class with Free Laptop from the Nonprofit, Tech Goes Home!​

Mondays and Wednesdays, Feb. 1 – Mar. 17 |  2:00 pm – 3:30 pm ​

Requirements: You have no computer, you're a Boston resident, you have a secure and private mailing address, and you are able to attend all classes. 

What you get: Basic computer education and a free Chromebook ​

Our sponsor, Tech Goes Home, strives to ensure that all residents of the City of Boston are equipped with the tools, training, and access to support 21st-century skill development. The TGH program offers residents the ability to improve their quality of life as new members of the online community, and use the internet to Live, Learn, Earn, Work, and Play. ​

What’s included for Boston residents? ​

• An opportunity to spend 15 quality hours of training as part of a community of online learners
• Help getting discounted high-speed internet for qualified participants
• A web-based curriculum designed to help you access the powerful resources on the internet 
• TGH participants receive a brand-new Chromebook computer! Participants must complete 15 hours of training to keep this computer.​
