Tai Chi

Tai chi is a gentle, fun form of movement that will challenge your body and mind. Tai chi improves strength, balance, and coordination. It can reduce stress, harmonize mind and body, and improves alertness, focus, and memory. We will also practice gentle qi gong warmup and cooldown movements. 

Instructor Karen Barbarisi has been practicing and teaching yoga, tai chi, and qui gong for many years. Karen teaches with a lightheartedness, encouraging students to develop physical awareness and strength while always honoring each student's boundaries and physical limitations.

Space is limited. First come, first served.
