Kanopy is a free, on-demand movie and documentary streaming website offered through the Boston Public Library. We will be celebrating Pride Month with Cloudburst. Watch the film on Kanopy and join our virtual discussion on Tuesday, June 21st at 7 pm.

About the Film:

Cloudburst is a 2011 Canadian-American comedy-drama following Stella and Dotty who are an older lesbian couple from Maine. Together, they embark on a Thelma and Louise-style road trip to Nova Scotia to get married after Dotty is moved into a nursing home by her granddaughter. Along the way, they pick up Prentice, a hitchhiker traveling home to Nova Scotia to visit his dying mother.
