Brazil’s second largest party, the June Festival, or Festa Junina in Portuguese, has a special place in Brazilians’ heart – and stomach. Every year, in the month of June, from north to south, they throw parties to celebrate the end of summer and the beginning of the harvest. And here, at the East Boston Branch, we are going to host a small version of the June Festival. Join us for an afternoon of fun and celebration!

What you are going to find?

Traditional music and food, games, face painting and story time in English and Portuguese for the children.
