Chef Fulani’s work focuses on senior health through cooking and community building. Her cooking classes emphasize cooking from scratch, trying new foods, and understanding the personal and social Impacts of how we eat. Each class will include a discussion about nutrition as well as instructions where all can participate! You are welcome to attend one class in this series or all. There is a 12-person limit for each class.

About Chef Fulani
A registered nurse and executive chef, Chef Fulani studied at the
New England Center for Arts & Technology. She is a former
Executive Director of The Village for Education and Training,
and has conducted cooking classes at Haley House.
