The Dorchester Career Access Point (DCAP) program provides local career-related services and supports. We will help you navigate MassHire Boston and MassHire Downtown One-Stop Career Centers. Workshops and support services includes: Virtual Trainings, Job Opportunity Workshops, Introduction to MassHire, Identifying Your Career Paths, Individual Career Counseling, and next steps.
