Join yoga instructor Taylor Savas for an hour of movement and mindfulness at the Honan-Allston Branch Library.
Taylor practices yoga to spark personal transformation and joy. In class with Taylor, you will explore metaphor, meditation, and fluid movement to tune into the breath. Taylor mindfully sequences postures to leave students feeling energized and more spacious.
Yoga mats, blocks, and straps are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
