Special Collections Open House: Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month

2:00 PM – 4:00 PM
Central Library in Copley Square

Description

May marks Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. To celebrate, Special Collections will be hosting an Open House to highlight and celebrate items from our collections from Asian American and Pacific Islander authors and creators. Join us on Tuesday, May 21st from 2pm to 4pm for a special Open House.

If you’ve ever been curious about what special collections are, or how to access them at BPL, this is a great opportunity to learn as no appointment is necessary for the Open House and staff will be on hand to answer questions about the items on display, as well as about the services that Special Collections offers.

Accessibility Notice: We strive to make our events accessible. To request a disability accommodation and/or language services, contact specialcollections@bpl.org. Please allow at least two weeks to arrange accommodation.
