Join Dr. Nancy Emerson Lombardo – researcher, lecturer and advocate – for a critical discussion about which delicious and easily prepared foods to enjoy every day and which foods to avoid as we seek to make ourselves and our brains more robust and resilient. The science is there. The rest is up to us.
