Description

Integral Yoga Instructor Alicia Zipp joins us in the Community Room for free sessions of Hatha Yoga. Named for the Sanskrit word for “force,” Hatha Yoga uses physical techniques to preserve and channel vital force or energy.

Beginners are welcome. All are welcome!
