Description

Explore essential practices of breathwork, meditation, and movement.

These free yoga classes share practical techniques that you can easily incorporate into your daily life, helping you build resilience and find inner peace. Each 75-minute session offers a supportive space for all bodies, ages and experience levels. Relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with your body, mind, and breath!

Open to 24 participants. A limited number of mats will be available, but please bring your own if you have one! Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome based on availability. Please register only for the classes you can attend, as space is limited. You can register for individual classes or the full series by calling the Hyde Park Branch at 617-361-2524.

Led by Tanya Tanaro, a Hyde Park resident, founder of Rustic Heart Wellness, and certified yoga instructor, herbalist, aromatherapist and Kripalu Mindful Outdoor Guide. Tanya emphasizes the importance of connecting with nature for personal well-being. Learn more at rusticheartwellness.com.
