This gentle yoga flow is designed to bring students to the present moment by connecting with the union of breath and movement. Appropriate for all levels, participants will practice breathing techniques, a range of standing, seated and supine postures, and a healing guided meditation. This is a 1-hour class.
Marianne Zullas is a registered 500-Hour Yoga teacher with experience in trauma sensitive yoga. The mind and body connection has been a passion of Marianne’s since childhood. Her goal is to offer her students the opportunity to dissociate from the distractions of overburdened thinking in order to be present in the moment. In her classes, she wants to learn about each of her students, including their cultures, their backgrounds, and their stories, so she can better help them on their personal yoga journeys. During her free time, Marianne loves to read and study, spend time with her family, cook healthy meals, walk in nature, act, and write.
