Audubon Plant-Based Art Activity: Gel Plate Printing

Description

Explore plant materials and use your creativity as you learn the art of gel plate monotype printmaking. 

Our Audubon instructor will talk about how plants adapt to the winter and offer hands-on guidance and support for your printmaking project. You will be able to use an assortment of printmaking tools including gel printing plates, brayers (rollers), and barrens. 

Each participant will take home their custom prints inspired by the intersection of art and nature. 

This workshop is geared for all experience levels and a great for beginners with little to no artistic experience.
