Presented by Nancy B. Rosedale, Business Community Officer at Bank of America

Nancy B. Rosedale holds the position of Business Community Officer at Bank of America, where she advocates for diverse, multicultural, and under-resourced communities across Massachusetts. In her role, she promotes education and awareness regarding the various resources available to enhance entrepreneurship and facilitate access to capital through workshops, panel discussions, and speaking engagements. Nancy is the primary contact for the Greater Boston business community and collaborates extensively with local business organizations and non-profits. She is also a highly regarded keynote speaker and leader of financial literacy initiatives. Her main objective is to empower women and BIPOC entrepreneurs in overcoming systemic barriers.

With over 30 years of commitment to assisting borrowers in obtaining financing, Nancy has undertaken various roles in both Business Banking and the mortgage sector, serving as both a leader and an individual contributor. Most recently, she managed a field-based Small Business Banking team at Bank of America in New England for four years and was recognized as a top-performing Business Banker prior to that. In 2021, Nancy was honored with the Valiant Award for Leadership Dexterity and proudly graduated from the 2022 Leader Mastery program, an internal initiative aimed at nurturing top talent and developing future leaders within the Bank.

Now living in Franklin, Massachusetts with her husband, Rob, and their two cats, Nancy dedicates her time to sharing her talents with others. She facilitates a monthly women’s group at her local church and organizes bi-annual conferences aimed at empowering and uplifting women. She is particularly passionate about mentoring young girls, guiding them to become confident and successful women. Currently focused on enhancing her pickleball skills, Nancy is a devoted fan of New England sports and enjoys challenges of any kind. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Merrimack College in 1992, and in 2011, she completed a Commercial Lending Certificate at the New England College of Business and Finance. A lifelong learner, Nancy remains intellectually curious each day.

Recognizing her passion and drive as her two greatest strengths, Nancy strives to live a life that creates a meaningful impact wherever she finds herself. With a strong commitment to her purpose, she motivates her audience by reminding them that “Every Fortune 500 Company was once a Small Business.”
