The Menstruation Bracelet is more than an accessory. It is a symbol of menstruation. And it is a statement. A statement that says: Periods are nothing to hide. They are totally normal, and we can talk about them openly.
On May 28, Menstrual Hygiene Day, we will be making a menstruation bracelet with 23 white beads and 5 red beads to represent an average menstrual cycle.
