Tips & Tricks for Managing Credit: A BFLP Workshop

6:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Description

Credit cards can offer many benefits but also create stress. This workshop will help you learn to manage your credit cards and avoid fees and traps. You will also learn about credit reports and credit scores, and what steps you can take to improve your financial standing.

The BPL-Babson Financial Literacy Project is a series of workshops designed to increase your financial empowerment. Join the Boston Public Library and the Babson Financial Literacy Project (BFLP) for year-round workshops that can change the way you think about money.

BFLP is a not-for-profit program designed to help young adults acquire the necessary knowledge and habits for long-term financial prosperity. While exploring real-world financial situations, participants will hone their problem-solving skills and build lifelong strategies for budgeting, building credit, saving, and more. Participants do not need any financial expertise, and only basic math skills are required.
