Effective Job Search Strategies Workshop

6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Adams Street

Description

This workshop is designed for professionals who are ready to approach their job search with clarity, confidence, and intention—without burnout or endless applications.

Participants will learn how to run a strategic, modern job search that aligns their skills, values, and career goals with real opportunities in today’s market. Rather than relying on outdated tactics, this session focuses on positioning, targeted outreach, and decision-making that leads to interviews and offers that actually fit.

In this workshop, participants will:

  • Clarify the roles, environments, and work conditions they are truly seeking
  • Learn how to position their experience and strengths for competitive opportunities
  • Understand effective networking and outreach strategies that go beyond cold applications
  • Develop a repeatable job search plan that saves time and reduces stress
  • Gain tools to evaluate opportunities for both fulfillment and financial sustainability

Attendees will leave with a clear job search strategy, practical tools they can implement immediately, and renewed confidence in their ability to land a role that aligns with both their professional goals and personal values.
