Let's create soups to benefit our bodies, combat inflammation, and rejuvenate our systems as Glorya Fernandez, Former BPL’s Chef-in-Residence of the Nutrition Lab, returns to offer this class on winter soups.
This program is intended for participants who are 55 or older.
Glorya Fernandez founded her business "gogobytes" as a nutrition & wellness connector. The mission is to bring life to the connection between body-benefitting foods and healing to the folks. She does that by using familiar foods in new ways and unfamiliar foods in old ways. This model takes folks on an exploration into the goodness of food.
