Events › Poetry Contest for All Ages (Sponsored by the Friends of the West Roxbury Library)

The theme for this year's contest is "Beyond the Door."

How to enter: Include your name, address, phone number, age, and email address. (Please retain a copy of your poem. Submissions will not be returned.) Submit poems (limit: 2) one of three ways:

1. Email to FriendsoftheWestRoxburyLibrary@gmail.com
2. Deliver to the poetry contest drop-box in the West Roxbury Branch Library.
3. Mail to: Poetry Contest, West Roxbury Branch Library, 1961 Centre Street, West Roxbury, MA 02132 

Deadline: March 6, 2026

Students (IMPORTANT): Include your school and grade.

The awards ceremony is April 27.

Results will be posted on the FriendsoftheWRLibrary.org website.
