Chair yoga classes led by Shea Rose; in partnership with the Age Strong Commission.
Classes run weekly on Fridays from 11 AM to 12 PM.
Shea Rose is a certified yoga instructor (500-hours) and her sessions are designed for seniors and any individuals seeking to improve strength, focus, flexibility, balance and overall health.
