For older adults seeking simple, supportive ways to nurture body and mind
These sessions invite you to welcome and align with the renewal of spring through simple, accessible practices. Each session includes chair yoga and seated stretches to support mobility, guided breathwork and meditation to encourage calm and focus, and a mindful tea ritual featuring seasonally supportive herbs. Created with older adults in mind, this series provides a supportive way to explore the foundations of mindfulness while moving from the stillness of winter into the awakening energy of spring.
