Description

This workshop will cover the basics of using Google Drive, a free, cloud-based file storage service. This workshop will focus on the personal use of this technology and will address the following:

  • Accessing Google from your mobile device/computer
  • Creating a Google account
  • Creating a Google Doc/Sheet
  • Uploading and Downloading files
  • Sharing files
  • Storing and Organizing personal files

It is best to bring your own laptop, but a limited number of library laptops are available. If you need a library computer, please call 617-361-2524 to reserve your computer if available.
