Description

Join us in the Community Room or via Zoom, for a hybrid Virtual Author Talk with New York Times bestselling author Ariel Lawhon. Ariel will join us remotely to discuss her book, The Frozen River, a sweeping historical mystery (Vintage Press), inspired by the Pulitzer Prize-winning diaries of Martha Ballard, a renowned 18th-century midwife who finds herself at the center of a shocking murder that unhinges her small community of Hallowell, Maine.
