These 1:1 office hour sessions provide personalized, focused support for professionals who want tailored guidance on their job search, career direction, or positioning—without committing to a longer coaching engagement.

Each 30-minute session is designed to help participants get unstuck quickly, gain clarity, and leave with concrete next steps they can immediately apply.

By the end of a 30-minute individual session, participants will:

• Gain clarity on a specific job search, resume, LinkedIn, or career decision challenge
• Receive personalized feedback on positioning, messaging, or strategy
• Identify the highest-impact next steps to move forward with confidence
• Reduce overwhelm by prioritizing what actually matters right now
• Leave with a clearer sense of alignment between their career goals, values, and opportunities

Common focus areas include:

• Resume or LinkedIn feedback and refinement
• Job search strategy and targeting
• Career pivot decision-making
• Burnout-informed career realignment
• Evaluating offers or next moves through both fulfillment and income lenses

Participants will leave with renewed confidence, practical direction, and a clear action plan tailored to their unique career goals and situation.
