TRMA, Pride In Our Workplace, and Boston Public Library are proud to host a Trans & Nonbinary Pride event focused on economic empowerment. Join us for a Job and Career Resource Fair that is an intentional, community-centered event focused on uplifting trans and nonbinary Black, Indigenous, and people of color. 

There will be:

  • 1-on-1 Resume review support, and opportunities to sign up for cover letter review, interview strategies, and career coaching courtesy of the BPL: 11:00 AM - 1 PM in the MassEdCO Space
  • Free professional headshots: 12:00 PM 3:00 PM -10 minute appointments, Walk-up + pre-booked slots in the InnoLab
  • Networking 101 workshop: 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM  KBLIC - The Exchange Room: 
    • Tips on how to network, how to stand out, how to make connections
  • Trans in the Workplace panel:1:00 PM - 2:00 PM KBLIC - The Exchange Room
    • Talk about workplace culture, authenticity, code switching, burnout, safety, etc.
    •  Interview Support Lab and opportunities to sign up for cover letter review, interview strategies, and career coaching courtesy of the BPL: 2:00 PM-4:00 PM in the MassEdCO Space
    • Trans Community Career Roundtable discussion: 2:30 PM 3:30 PM The Exchange Room
      • Focus types: Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Long-Term Career Planning, Salary Negotiation
    • Professional clothing closet swap in the MassEdCO Space during the event!
