Boston, November, 1864. Dear Sir,--At the Annual Meeting of the Bunker Hill Monument Association, on the Seventeenth of June Last, as Appears by the Records. Messrs. William W. Wheildon, Robert C. Winthrop, Frederic W. Lincoln, Jr., J.
