This is how you lose me!
Start out with how you "cheated," add the "F" word (first couple of minutes) and I'm lost!

This was a disgusting audio. I listened to the first disc and was relieved to put it back in the cover. This man/author is lacking in social graces as well as relationship knowledge. The author's "homies" didn't do him any favors with their advise either. What losers - but the author is just as much a loser as they are - Birds of a feather flock together. This was FAR from "funny". It made me angry that the author put so little thought into any relationship. He thought with his penis.

I gave an extra star because I'm sure it's good, but just not for me. Authors' voice and style were interesting, but I felt like an eavesdropper listening in on a conversation I'd regret ever hearing. Sex with no passion is sad.

I liked that this audiobook was narrated by the author, which always seems to make stories feel more genuine. Unfortunately this collection of inter-related tales of past relationships did not leave me very impressed. While the main character and his family are fairly well developed the various girlfriends felt very one-dimensional and the narrator moves from one relationship to the next so casually that I was left feeling a severe lack of closure. Then, out of nowhere, the book just.. ends! I feel as though the small glimpses I was given into each relationship didn't ever get me fully invested in them or the larger, overarching story. The way I feel about the narrator himself and his relationship etiquette? Well, I'll leave you all to your own interpretations. Suffice it to say that I thought he could use a good smack!
