My opinion of this movie took a nosedive after viewing the interview with the director. She repeated herself numerous times - a combination of poor editing and low intelligence?

Drab, slow moving, but well acted, romantic drama. Really no redeeming characters here. Everyone acts badly and few face any real consequences. Morally bankrupt. At least it had good acting. Oh, and a cool retro 80's sounding soundtrack. Otherwise a complete waste of time.

This movie was mostly a downer about a couple who seem to stay together out of the need to not have to look for "the one" again. Moreover, "the female artist" confuses gratitude with giving instant gratification. She seems to be unable to learn that just because someone helps you out it doesn't mean instantly jump into bed with him, especially if he is married. Sometimes lost souls are just that.
