The Pros: The book is a mix of Laini Taylor, Sarah Rees Brennan and Maggie Stiefvater. The town of Beau Rivage is magical. I felt that nothing was what it seemed and there was always a mystery to everything mentioned. I loved the chemistry between Blue and Mira. I even loved Felix and Mira together. Actually, I just loved the Valentine boys period. I liked how in the end, they didn't really have a perfect ending, there's still a chance of betrayal but they're hopeful that they'll be able to resist their destiny. The cons: I thought that maybe Mira should've been a little older because of her involvement with Felix. I was also a bit annoyed by her obsession with perfection and her naivety. I suppose it comes with the age but still I did not like it. I was a huge Felix fan and was sad how the story turned out for him...
