A good second book, but left me feeling hollow as it could easily continue in a third book. Westerfield's imagination of the future in space combat and political fields is amazing with the duality of the Risen and the Living balancing the entirety of human space. I would certainly like to see a third book to complete the story.

Excellent conclusion to the two book series. (bilogy?, duology?) The story is complex and engaging, the underlying concepts are intriguing and imaginative. The action is great. Highly recommend.
