Don't let anyone fool you, this is a must see Billy Wilder movie. For suspense it is a Five Star Classic. "Five Graves to Cairo" is just an great mystery war drama that reminds one of other classics like "Casablanca". Erich Von Stroheim and Franchot Tone are put in classic performances. Charles Brackett wrote the screenplay and it will have you on the edge of your seat the entire way. "Five Graves to Cairo" is best watched without reading the DVD box or the content description. Just so many surprises that the box and contents let out of the bag! Movie No. 2 is a "Foreign Affair" with Jean Arthur in the leading role. The movie is a romantic comedy with some great scenes with Marlene Dietrich . She plays a nightclub singer in Berlin just after World War II. Her singing is something to behold. Dietrich shows all her beauty and talent in one movie. The scenes of Berlin were filmed just after World War II. The movie makes a point of showing the destruction of nearly every building in the city. Really a remarkable film!
